 در راستای شناخت فرهنگ کشورهای مختلف جهان و آگاهی دانش آموزان به فرهنگهای مختلف ، مجتمع توحید پسران در ابتکاری برنامه معرفی فرهنگهای مختلف را بصورت آنلاین برنامه ریزی نمود. دانش آموزان با مطالعه فرهنگ دیگر کشورها به ارائه انها در فضای مجازی پرداختند در این برنامه جناب آقای مهندس حسن زاده سرپرست محترم مدارس نیز حضور داشتند که ضمن تقدیر و تشکر از دانش آموزان و همکاران در برگزاری این برنامه سخنانی ایراد نمودند. متن سخنرانی را در ادامه مطلب ببینید.

ضمن عرض سلام و تشکر فراوان بابت برنامه ریزی و اجرای این برنامه بسیار مفید و ضروری در مجتمع بین الملل توحید و آرزوی موفقیت برای همه شما دست اندرکاران و برنامه ریزان فرهنگی. بی شک خواندن و نوشتن یکی از لذت بخش ترین نمونه های متبلورکردن توانایی هر انسان در جوامع کنونی است. موفقیت های روزافزون کشورهای مختلف در حوزه های اجتماعی، آموزشی، علمی، صنعتی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی، ورزشی و... مرهون تلاش های انسان هایی است که از دیرباز، به تعالی رسیدن را در ذهن می پروراندند و نقش معلمان و مربیان در این راه بسیار مهم است. اگر چه دوستی فرهنگ ها و حتی گفت وگو دراین باره در مجامع بین المللی مطرح شد و در نهایت به نتایج قابل دفاعی رسید اما دوستی فرهنگ ها در جهانی شدن آموزش به گونه دیگری رقم خورد.

تشدید آگاهی جهانی شدن در حوزه فرهنگ از زمانی در ذهن ها متصور شد که ایران، به عنوان یکی از قطب های تولیدکننده علم در منطقه و حتی همه کشورها شناخته شد. یکی از پیامدهای مهم حضور مدارس ایرانی در خارج از کشور را می توان توجه خاص همه کشورها به حوزه علم و دانش دانست که اگر چنین نبود، امروز نمی توانستیم آمار قابل ملاحظه فعالیت چندین مدرسه ایرانی حاضر در کشورهای دیگر برای ارائه آموزش و تربیت نونهالان و نوجوانان ایرانی و غیرایرانی را اعلام کنیم. گسترش توجه به حوزه علم و دانش از سوی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در خارج از کشور، به دور از موضوع مهم آموزش و تربیت آینده سازان توانمند و کارآمد، می تواند به ما در دست یافتن به دوستی فرهنگ ها در جهانی شدن آموزش از طریق فرزندان ایران زمین در سراسر کره خاکی و در همه کشورها کمک کند.

ایران، به عنوان قطب علمی منطقه و جهان اسلام و به عنوان یکی از اولین کشورهای فعال در حوزه آموزش و پرورش، به عنوان کشوری که مرکز علوم مختلف بوده و با پیشینه ای صلح طلب، توانمند، قانونمند و در حین حال قدرتمند، توانسته است در این حوزه توجه خاص به فرزندان خود در خارج از کشور داشته باشد و شاهد این مدعی، داشتن کرسی های علمی در همه زمینه ها در دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزشی تحقیقاتی، پزشکی و اکتشافی از سوی دانش آموخته های ایرانی از طریق مدارس داخل ایران و همچنین مدارس ایرانی خارج از کشور است. دانش آموزان ایرانی پابه پای اولیای خود به عنوان شهروندان فعال در مدارس خارج از کشور، در بین دانش آموزان سایر مدارس دارای جایگاه قابل قبولی هستند که در عین علم آموزی، مهم ترین دیدگاهشان، سربلندی و سرافرازی میهن خود در همه حوزه ها از جمله آموزش و پرورش است.

علی رغم داشتن برخی کمبودها در مدارس ایرانی خارج از کشور، همه تلاش معلمان عزیز و با وجدان و متعهد ایرانی بر آن بوده است که ضمن تقویت و توانمندسازی تلاش و رشد ساختاری مدارس و رفع نیازهای سخت افزاری و نرم افزاری، در رسیدن به برنامه های آموزشی و تربیتی نیز پیشگام و دارای کارنامه ای قابل دفاع باشند که این مهم در همه مسابقات علمی و المپیادهای جهانی به اثبات رسیده است. گفت وگوی فرهنگ ها و نزدیک کردن افکار و عقاید مثبت از طریق زنجیره علم ممکن می شود و همین نوید جهانی شدن فرهنگی را می دهد. شروع این زنجیره از خانه دوم ما یعنی مدارس آغاز می شود.

تبدیل بخشی از برنامه های آموزشی ملی به برنامه های بین المللی و استفاده از ظرفیت های بی بدیل مدارس ایرانی حاضر در کشورهای دیگر با بهره گیری از ظرفیت عظیم فرهنگیان می تواند ضمن کشف اشتراکات فرهنگی موجب تقویت و اتحاد کشورهایی شود که از لحاظ آموزشی، علمی و فرهنگی با یکدیگر مراودات مناسبی دارند. در مباحث تحلیلگران برخی از کشورها موضوع فرزندان نونهال، دانش آموزان و آینده سازان بسیار پررنگ بوده و مورد توجه قرار گرفته است، به طوری که شاید اصلی ترین استراتژی آینده کشورها برای توسعه سرمایه انسانی معطوف به همین قشر است. قطعا در دهه های آتی کشورهایی توسعه می یابند که سرمایه انسانی علاقه مند به یادگیری و یاددهی، توانمند، حس وطن پرستی و در عین حال تفکر جهان شمول داشته باشند.

دانش جهانی در حوزه فرهنگی به طرز امیدوارکننده‌ای جهان را در جهت گسترش فرهنگ جهانی با ارزش‌ها و اهداف مشترک مورد قبول همه هدایت خواهد کرد. دانش جهانی در حوزه آموزشی شامل دانش جهانی برای گسترش آموزش جهانی است و تبادل آموزش بین‌المللی و مشارکت را پرورش خواهد داد.

نگرش‌های جهانی و توانمندی‌هایی که باید در حوزه فرهنگی گسترش یابد عبارتند از:

· تعهد به حفظ فرهنگ بومی

· ستایش گوناگونی‌های فرهنگی

· پذیرش فرهنگی بین کشورها و مذاهب

· گسترش فرهنگ جهانی

· دانش عمیق درباره فرهنگ بومی خود

· دانش درباره گوناگونی‌های فرهنگی مشترکات و تفاوت‌های فرهنگ‌های گوناگون.

· مهارت‌های ارتباطی

· دانش بین‌المللی و آداب اینترنتی

بنابراین، در فضایی که انواع ظرفیت‌های انسانی نه سانسور و نه نادیده گرفته می‌شوند، بلکه ارزشمند هم تلقی می‌شوند، وحدت شکوفا می‌شود. به همین دلیل است که آموزش چندفرهنگی از مسائل مهم، ضروری و زنده­ی دنیاست و در هدف اول خود به دنبال تربیت افرادی است که نه تنها نسبت به فرهنگ خود قدردان هستند بلکه برای سایر فرهنگ­ها نیز ارزش و احترام قائلند و آن­ها را باعث قوت و پیشرفت فرهنگ خودشان می­دانند. هدف آموزش چندفرهنگی برقراری توازن ظریف میان تنوع و وحدت است. دانش­آموزان باید یاد بگیرند که شهروندانی ژرف اندیش و درستکار، دلسوز و فعال در یک دنیای آشفته باشند.بزرگ­ترین مشکلات دنیا به علت ناتوانی مردم در خواندن و نوشتن نیست. این مشکلات به خاطر این است که مردم دنیا از فرهنگ­ها، نژادها، مذاهب و ملت­های مختلف هستند که قادر نیستند با هم کنار بیایند و با هم تلاش کنند تا مشکلات جهان مثل گرم­شدن جهان، شیوع بیماری ها ، فقر، نژاد پرستی، تبعیض جنسیتی، تروریسم، درگیری­های جهانی و جنگ را حل کنند.

امیدوارم با تلاشهای خوبی که شما عزیزان اعم از معلمان و دانش آموزان انجام می دهید به این هدف بزرگ برسیم.
